1. Overview

At Dockter's Welding, we strive for complete customer satisfaction with every project. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments, deposits, and refunds for our welding and fabrication services.

2. Deposits and Payments

  • For large projects exceeding $1,000, a deposit of 50% is required to commence work. This deposit reserves labor, materials, and project scheduling.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels the project after work has commenced, due to the allocation of resources and scheduling implications.
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion of work, prior to delivery or installation.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you have concerns about the quality of work performed, you must notify us within 48 hours of completion. We will arrange for a supervisor to review the work at no additional charge. If a defect is confirmed, we will make necessary corrections at no cost to you.

4. Material Returns

  • Custom-fabricated items are made to specific dimensions and cannot be returned or resold.
  • Standard materials purchased but not used may be eligible for a refund within 30 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

5. Disputes

If a dispute arises regarding payment or refunds, we encourage direct communication to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of North Dakota.
