  • All quotes provided by Dockter's Welding are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices quoted are based on the information provided at the time of quote. Additional work required due to unforeseen circumstances may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding.
  • A signed quote or approved estimate constitutes authorization to begin work.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for services is due upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. For large projects, a deposit may be required prior to commencement of work.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt. Past due invoices may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the Website are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary laws. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such Content or any part of the Website is strictly prohibited.
